of the project

Realizing the importance of having an external engineering partner, HealTec turned to Codepro for strong expertise in backend development and DevOps after experiencing difficulties with contractors. We quickly began collaborating on projects such as a virtual clinic, automated patient management, preliminary screening using a chatbot, and preparing the platform for SOC 2 certification. Additionally, our team handled the deployment of a multi-account AWS environment to ensure precise, centralized, and secure management of workloads in the cloud.

And in 2020, when COVID-19 struck and HealTec saw a five-fold increase in demand and web traffic, our team stepped in to provide assistance. We formed a specialized team focused on continually improving performance.

Since joining forces with Codepro, HealTec has been pleased to assist them in forming a valuable collaboration with BeCool, a top life insurance company, and achieve a successful $50 million IPO in early 2023. With their innovative product, HealTec has emerged as the leading telemedicine provider in USA, serving millions of users from over 10,000 organizations.
